Seller reviewWe were extremely nervous to begin the selling process and had a lot of questions to start. Brenda was great and took the time to explain the entire process and answer all of our questions. She was always quick to respond to emails, text messages or phone calls no matter the time or day. Brenda advised on our listing price which was well above what I thought we would list for. She hired a professional photographer for our home pictures and our MLS listing was perfect. We followed her advice and not only got above asking price but had multiple offers within the first 24 hrs of listing. Brenda took the time to hold an open house which I believe contributed to the quick sell or our home. She offered solid advise and always laid out all the options for us to make the most informed decisions. Brenda was always an advocate for us while negotiating on our behalf which really helped as we required leaseback options which she handled flawlessly. Brenda was able negotiate terms that to allowed us to stay in our home for up to sixty days if needed. Brenda and her team did exactly what they said they would do, on time and without creating any hassle for us. The process was as clear and smooth as one could(or should) expect when selling a home. I will recommend Brenda to everyone!
